TENDER DESCRIPTION
In the properties of WBM, WBF and BEWOGE, energy source conversions are to take place from gas to district heating in the years 2027, 2028 and 2029. For this purpose, planning and construction measures must be carried out, such as surveying the existing conditions of the properties, planning the systems and, if necessary, modifications in the substations, hydraulic balancing, etc. The areas to be planned are divided into planning areas A and B, and thus into two lots. The cost estimate is net EUR 300,000.00 for lot 1 - planning area A and net EUR 420,000.00 for lot 2 - planning area B. With the award, only the first stage of services is commissioned for the services from 2027. Further details are contained in the tender documents.
