TENDER DESCRIPTION
CAR, DSU, TPL and offshore terrorism and sabotage are mandatory components. DSU is a mandatory-priced option: a tender omitting a compliant DSU price is non-compliant, but the Contracting Entities may elect not to purchase the DSU coverage. Lot details: Quota share placement for both the lead insurer and followers, where tenderers are requested to submit bids according to the enclosed mandatory wording. The award criterion will be lowest price, based on the technical evaluation price.
