TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority is, among other things, responsible for water and waste management as well as the disposal of environmental pollution and has a fleet of utility vehicles with more than 50 vehicles. The vehicle fleet is to be supplemented by two bulky waste packers with a permissible gross weight of 26 t, which are intended to be used in bulky waste disposal. For this purpose, with a notice dated 27.04.2026 (under publication number: 287195-2026, OJ S - No.: 81/2026), the delivery of the chassis (including driver ergonomics, technical design and suitability) (Lot 1) and the superstructure (Lot 2) for the two bulky waste packers or bulky waste vehicles were tendered. The procedure regarding Lot 1 has been completed and awarded. The award for Lot 1 was made to MAN Truck & Bus Deutschland GmbH, 45329 Essen, for the vehicle type MAN.26.360. The procedure regarding Lot 2 has been cancelled and is hereby carried out again. The subject of this tender is exclusively the construction of the two vehicles (formerly Lot 2) (including functionality, processing, usability). In all other respects, see the tender documents.
