TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 1 is subject to a framework agreement with subsequent awards and will be awarded to 3 Contracting Parties. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of €2,800,000. - Scope: all metro and RER lines operated by RATP; - Service: measure passenger movements and flows in order to provide an appropriate service; - Frequency: approximately 120 metro / RER stations per year, spread over two waves. The quantitative estimate is provided for indicative purposes only and does not commit RATP. The services include in particular: - Proposing a sampling plan and sizing of the Teams / Equipment; - Collecting data in the field by mobilising the necessary resources; - Equipping the resources to ensure the quality and consistency of the collected data; - Delivering the quantitative data within the requested deadlines and in the requested format; - Carrying out, depending on the lot, a qualitative analysis through a comprehensive report. The services are scheduled to begin in March 2027. Changes may be made to the contract, in accordance with Articles R21941 to R21949 of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la Commande Publique). RATP…
