TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement aims to measure and monitor fraud on board trains of the TER regional network and the Chemins de fer de Provence in Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur. The service consists of a mission involving the conducting of waves of fraud surveys on board trains throughout the entire regional scope. The Region intends to conduct two waves of surveys each year with 10,000 travelers per survey wave. The Region also reserves the possibility of conducting a third survey wave with 5,000 travelers. The precise definition of the need is set out in the CCTP. It will be executed progressively as order forms are issued under the conditions stipulated in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 200,000 euros excluding VAT.
