TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement aims to measure and monitor fare evasion on board trains of the TER regional network and the Chemins de fer de Provence in Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur. The service consists of a mission involving the conduct of fare evasion survey wave(s) on board the trains throughout the entire regional area. The Region plans to carry out two survey waves each year targeting 10,000 travelers per survey wave. The Region also reserves the option to conduct a third survey wave targeting 5,000 travelers. The detailed definition of the need is set out in the technical specifications (CCTP). It will be executed progressively as purchase orders are issued under the conditions laid down in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is concluded with no minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 200,000 euros excluding VAT.
