TENDER DESCRIPTION

The ventilation engineering scope of work in the building “Neue Bleiche” includes the installation of a central supply and extract air system in accordance with the ErP Ecodesign Directive 1253/2014, VDI 6022, VDI 3803, DIN EN 16798, DIN EN 13053 with an air volume flow rate of 3,400 m³/h, with supply and exhaust air distribution using galvanized ducts and pipes in airtightness class C. For energy-saving operation, the system is operated with variable volume depending on occupancy and room conditions. Air outlets and inlets are installed flush with the ceiling. In the “Erlanger Haus”, 10 decentralized supply and extract air systems with WRG are provided for installation in the façade thermal insulation; in the ground floor (EG) with air volume flows of up to 150 m³/h, and in the upper floor (OG) and the roof storey (DG) with air volume flows of 40 m³/h. Assembly in both buildings is not carried out continuously depending on construction progress and includes installation interruptions; the planned period for installation until commissioning is approx. 18 months.
