TENDER DESCRIPTION
For the heating trade, a common heating center is planned in an outbuilding. From here, the two buildings will be supplied via near-heat distribution lines (district heating) laid underground. It is a hybrid heat generation system consisting of a gas boiler 45 kW and an air-to-water heat pump with 24 kW, refrigerant R290; a thermal storage unit is used to optimize the operating times of the heat pump and to hydraulically optimize the overall system. Pipe material in the heating center: soldered and threaded pipes. In each of the two buildings, heating manifolds with the heating circuits for the end users will be installed. The “Neuen Bleiche” will receive, in the ground floor (EG), underfloor heating with optimized heat transfer for higher transmission outputs at low flow temperatures. On the first floor (OG), flat-panel and tubular radiators are planned with energy-optimized low flow temperatures. The “Erlanger Haus” will receive, in the ground floor (EG), first floor (OG) and attic/second floor (DG), flat-panel and tubular radiators with energy-optimized low flow temperatures. Pipe material in the buildings: pressed stainless steel pipes. Installation in both buildings is not…
