TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this performance description is the creation of the strong- and weak-current systems. In this context, the cable systems for the strong-current installation, as well as the fire warning system and the lighting installation, will be installed. The electrical installation will be completely newly installed starting from the service connection distribution board in the “Erlanger Haus”. Here, a branch will be created for the Erlanger Haus and the “Neue Bleiche”. The connection will be made via a conduit connection (pipe connection). “Neue Bleiche”: In the “Neue Bleiche”, the lower 2 floors will be illuminated by installing recessed luminaires and light rails, resulting in approx. 60 light points. In the upper technical floors, approx. 20 moisture-resistant trough luminaires will be used. In the outdoor area of the ensemble, approx. 12 bollard lights will be used. The distribution board required for this purpose supplies a total installed area of approx. 500 m². “Erlanger Haus”: In the “Erlanger Haus”, approx. 120 light points will be installed across 4 floors.
