TENDER DESCRIPTION
For the heating trade, a shared heating centre is planned in an ancillary building. From there, the two buildings will be supplied with district heating lines laid underground. The heat generation is hybrid, consisting of a gas boiler 45 kW and an air-water heat pump with 24 kW; refrigerant R290 is planned. A storage tank is used to optimize the heat pump’s operating times and to optimize the hydraulics of the overall system. Pipe material in the heating centre: soldered and threaded pipes. In the two buildings, heating manifolds with the heating circuits for the end users will be installed. The “Neuen Bleiche” receives in the ground floor a floor heating system with optimized heat transfer for higher transfer performance at low flow temperatures. On the upper floor, flat-panel and tubular radiators are planned with energy-optimized low flow temperatures. The “Erlanger Haus” receives in the ground floor, upper floor and attic floor flat-panel and tubular radiators with energy-optimized low flow temperatures. Pipe material in the buildings: stainless steel press-fit pipes. Installation in both buildings will not be continuous depending on the construction progress and includes…
