TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this specification is the creation of the strong- and weak-current systems. The cable systems for the strong-current installation, as well as the fire warning system and the lighting installation, will be provided. The electrical installation will be completely newly installed starting from the service connection distribution board in the “Erlanger Haus”. For this purpose, a branch line will be created for the Erlanger Haus and the “Neue Bleiche”. The connection will be made via a duct connection (pipe connection). “Neue Bleiche”: In the “Neue Bleiche”, the lower 2 floors will be illuminated using recessed luminaires and light rails at approx. 60 lighting points. On the above-lying technical floors, approx. 20 damp-location batten/case luminaires will be used. In the outdoor area of the ensemble, approx. 12 bollard lights will be installed. The distributor required for this will supply a total installed area of approx. 500 m². “Erlanger Haus”: In the “Erlanger Haus”, approx. 120 lighting points will be installed across 4 floors.
