TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this description of services comprises shell construction works (reinforced concrete works and masonry works including the required steel components) for structural strengthening and implementation of the concept for use, new foundations and redevelopment of foundations for all parts of the buildings, including earthworks with ground-level services. The shell construction works include, in particular, new, partly load-bearing reinforced concrete floor slabs (approx. 370 m²), individual reinforced concrete footings, in-situ concrete staircases (2 units), masonry works (approx. 150 m²), in addition to repairing existing structures and extensive crack remediation, as well as various measures to existing structural and non-structural components, with partly required steel reinforcement. To implement the measures, extensive temporary measures to secure the construction condition are necessary in all buildings in parallel. The special deep foundation works comprise manual excavations using the pilgrim-step procedure, underpinning of the existing load-bearing structural elements, and redevelopment of foundations using resin injections to improve the ground conditions.
