TENDER DESCRIPTION

Municipality of Dijk en Waard currently uses TOPdesk as the central platform for IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM). The current contract expires on 1 April 2027. To ensure continuity of internal services, a European procurement procedure is being carried out for the selection and implementation of a future-proof ESM application. The new solution must not only support the current ITSM functionality, but also provide an organisation-wide platform for supporting IT, Facilities, entry and exit, and Information Provision and other internal service-providing processes. The emphasis is explicitly on process automation, self-service, asset and configuration management (CMDB), workflow support and integration with existing municipal systems.
