The subject of the procurement under Lot No 1 includes the provision of "Enterprise support" maintenance services for SAP S/4HANA licences for the 'Integrated financial and information system' (IFIS) in the Ministry of Finance (MF)”. At present, the existing situation in the Ministry of Finance is: • 400 pcs. SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management for Professional use, with the HANA database included; • 2 pcs. Developer User; • 36 pcs. SAP Aplication Ltd. Prof. User. Deadline for providing "Enterprise support" maintenance for SAP S/4HANA: up to 5 business days from the date on which the Contracting Authority notifies the Contractor that funding has been secured, sent by the Contracting Authority, and after the Contractor submits the specified performance guarantee, under the terms of the draft of the contract. Validity period of the "Enterprise support" maintenance for SAP S/4HANA licences: until 31.12.2029.
