TENDER DESCRIPTION

In the area of the protected site (NSG) “Alacher See” and its surroundings, the contract is for services for de-mining to remove immediate hazards that former Reich-owned munitions may pose, in accordance with the state of the art. The services being tendered are the services that are essential for de-mining, including the required occupational health and safety measures as well as tree felling work and species protection measures that are necessary for carrying out the ordnance investigations. The structural implementation of nature conservation requirements is not part of the tender. The following de-mining operations are being tendered: - Clearance area 1 - core area: approx. 19 ha - Clearance area 2 - surrounding area: approx. 113 ha - Clearance area 3 - areas in the surrounding grid and de-mining in civil engineering works for removing the funnels: lump-sum service 80 working days The following tree felling work and species protection measures are part of the tender: - 36 tree felling operations, partly multi-stemmed up to 110 cm in diameter, - 1 lump-sum occupancy monitoring using rope climbing technology - 25 pieces of nesting aids and bat boxes supply and install,…
