Maintenance of the surroundings (“Green spaces”) of SPI buildings: This specification governs a multiannual service contract starting from the date of notification for a duration of 4 years (4 maintenance seasons), which has as its purpose the main maintenance of the surroundings of SPI buildings, namely: - lawn mowing; - trimming of hedges and shrubs; - cleaning of circulation areas; - collection of leaves; - ..... ; These services are carried out on the basis of the schedule provided by the service provider. They are carried out by qualified personnel possessing the required skills for the work requested. The list of buildings concerned is included in the summary bill of quantities. This list may be amended during the contract period, in particular as a result of the sale of a building. The service provider may not claim any compensation on this basis. However, if a building were to be added to the list, it would be the subject of an amendment (addendum) to this contract. Similarly, in the event of a significant discrepancy between the schedule provided in Appendix C of the specifications and the actual situation, an amendment (addendum) must be established. By…
