Maintenance of the surrounds “Green areas” of SPI buildings: This specifications document governs a multi-annual service contract starting from the date of notification for a duration of 4 years (4 maintenance seasons), the purpose of which is the main maintenance of the surrounds of SPI buildings, namely: - lawn mowing; - trimming of hedges and shrubs; - cleaning of circulation areas; - collection of leaves; - .....; These services are carried out based on the schedule provided by the service provider. They are carried out by qualified staff possessing the skills required for the requested works. The list of buildings concerned is included in the summary bill of quantities. This list may be subject to changes during the contract period, in particular following the sale of buildings. For this reason, the service provider may not claim any compensation. However, if a building were to be added to the list, it would be the subject of an amendment (avenant) to this contract. Likewise, in the event of a significant divergence between the survey report provided in Annex C of the specifications document and actual conditions, an amendment (avenant) must be established. By…
