TENDER DESCRIPTION

The public service housing company Hesbaye Habitat (HSH) manages a property portfolio spread across several municipalities within its area of activity. As part of its general interest missions and in order to ensure the quality of life for its tenants, HSH ensures that the outdoor areas and surroundings of its buildings are kept in good condition. This contract has the purpose of carrying out green space maintenance services and the maintenance of the surroundings of the buildings managed by HSH. These services include, in particular, mowing lawns, maintaining flowerbeds and plantings, weed control, trimming hedges and shrubs, collecting green waste, as well as any action necessary to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and landscaping quality of the sites concerned. The services must be carried out regularly and professionally and in accordance with the requirements of these special specifications, while complying with applicable safety rules, environmental protection rules, and social regulations.
