TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for by unit and lump-sum prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. This contract covers maintenance services intended to keep the green spaces of the Saint-Roch and Grand Sablon cemeteries in a constant state of cleanliness, proper functioning and use, as part of an obligation of results. The services include in particular maintenance of the plots between graves and of the concessions belonging to the City of Grenoble, weeding, trimming of shrubs, cutting or uprooting of woody plants, and control of ivy. They also include one-off brushing/clearing interventions in front of the concessions, management of invasive alien species and, more broadly, any additional intervention necessary to maintain the quality of the maintained areas.
