TENDER DESCRIPTION

This public services contract has as its subject the supplies, transport, labour and all means of implementation relating to maintenance and repairs of thermal and ventilation installations in the school and administrative buildings of the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles (*) and S.P.A.B.S. Hainaut located in the area managed by the Direction of Hainaut of the General Directorate for Infrastructure as part of its mission. This contract is divided into six lots corresponding to six geographical areas defined below. All the lots include the same services. The six lots cannot be awarded to a single contractor. At most two lots may be awarded to a contractor. However, depending on the number of regular tenders, the Administration may, where appropriate, award more than two lots to a tenderer in order to ensure the performance of the services in all the lots in the Province of Hainaut under this open procedure.
