TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is a public services contract whose purpose is the supplies, transport, labour, and all means of execution relating to the maintenance and breakdown repairs of thermal and ventilation installations in the school and administrative buildings of the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles (*) and of the S.P.A.B.S. Hainaut located in the territory managed by the Direction du Hainaut of the General Directorate for Infrastructure as part of its mission. This contract is divided into six lots corresponding to six geographical areas defined below. All lots include the same services. The six lots may not be handled by a single contractor. At most two lots may be awarded to one contractor. However, depending on the number of regular bids, the Administration may, where appropriate, award a tenderer more than two lots in order to ensure the performance of the services in all lots in the Province of Hainaut under cover of this open procedure.
