TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procedure concerns the maintenance of fire uniforms and personal protective equipment for staff and firefighters in Côte-d'Or. Lot relaunch No. 2: Maintenance of staff and firefighter equipment. The present contract concerns a framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded with a single economic operator, with commitments for minimum and maximum amounts, awarded in accordance with Articles L.2125-1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Purchase orders will be issued by the contracting authority as and when needs arise throughout the entire period of validity of the contract. The services will be paid at unit prices with reference to the Unit Price Schedule (BPU), Appendix No. 1 to the deed of commitment (AE), and to any quotations submitted during the performance of the contract by the contractor and accepted by the contracting authority.
