TENDER DESCRIPTION

The present framework agreement, which is concluded with the company or with a group of companies, concerns maintenance services for SEMITAN’s flat roofs. The maintenance services to be carried out by the contractor relate to the following areas: - preventive maintenance: o checking access routes and safety equipment, o checking defects present on the roof (delaminations, cracks, fixing defects, blockage of rainwater outlets, …), o maintenance and cleaning - corrective maintenance: o diagnosing and/or locating leaks, o repairs. The complete breakdown of the services is set out in the CCTP. This is a framework agreement for single-award service provision, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 650,000 exclusive of tax, over the entire duration of the framework agreement (including renewals), in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 2° of the French Public Procurement Code.
