TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement, which is concluded with the company or a group of companies, covers maintenance services for the SEMITAN flat (terrace) roofs. The maintenance services to be carried out by the contractor relate to the following areas: - preventive maintenance: o checking access routes and safety equipment, o checking defects present on the roof (disbonding, cracks, fastening defects, blockage of storm-water discharge outlets, …), o maintenance and cleaning - corrective maintenance: o diagnosis and/or leak detection, o repairs. The complete breakdown of the services is set out in the CCTP. This is a framework agreement for mono-awarded services, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 650,000 excluding tax, over the entire duration of the framework agreement (including renewals), in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 2° of the French Public Procurement Code (code de la commande publique).
