TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract has as its purpose the maintenance and cleaning of the premises and window glazing of schools, childcare centres and early childhood care structures, as well as of the sports facilities (sports halls, gymnasiums and stadiums) of the City of Maubeuge. This public contract covers service performances. The description of the premises, the services and their technical specifications is provided in the present special technical clauses booklet (CCTP). The successful tenderer for each lot undertakes an obligation of result to carry out the services forming the subject of this contract, under the conditions defined below. This contract comprises 3 lots, defined as follows: • Lot 1: Cleaning of primary schools • Lot 2: Cleaning of childcare centres and early childhood care structures • Lot 3: Cleaning of sports halls and gymnasiums (sports halls, gymnasiums and stadiums) The contracting authority does not limit the number of applications per lot: the candidate must be aware of the requirements for each of the lots before applying.
