TENDER DESCRIPTION

This public contract has the purpose of maintaining and cleaning the premises and window glazing of schools, day nurseries and early childhood structures, as well as sports facilities (sports halls, gymnasiums and stadiums) of the City of Maubeuge. The public contract concerns service provision. The description of the premises, the services and their technical specifications is set out in this document: the special technical clauses (CCTP). The contractor for each lot undertakes an obligation of result to perform the services forming the subject of this contract, under the conditions defined below. This contract comprises 3 lots, defined as follows: • Lot 1: Cleaning of primary schools • Lot 2: Cleaning of day nurseries and early childhood structures • Lot 3: Cleaning of sports halls and gymnasiums (sports halls, gymnasiums and stadiums) The contracting authority does not limit the number of applications per lot: the bidder must have knowledge of the requirements for each of the lots before submitting an application.
