This consultation is conducted according to the open tender procedure, subject to the provisions of R 2124-1 and R 2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is a single-award framework agreement with minimum and maximum quantities, executed by issuing purchase orders in application of articles R. 2162-1 and following and R. 2162-13 and following of the Public Procurement Code.
