TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the maintenance of a part of the Rabière district, squares, park, playgrounds, involving manual sweeping, poking, leaf blowing, and sidewalk weeding, exclusively on public property. The contract is an ordinary contract, with a part under a framework agreement with purchase orders and a maximum cap. Services for the ordinary part are paid by lump sum prices. For the purchase order part, services are remunerated by unit prices and will be the subject of a purchase order for any additional services. The maximum amount for these services will not exceed 20,000 euros excluding VAT per period, i.e., 40,000 euros over the total duration of the contract. The contract is concluded for an initial period of 2 years, renewable once, with a maximum duration of 4 years. The execution of the services as well as the framework agreement start from January 1, 2027. Under articles L. 2113-12 and L. 2113-13 of the Public Procurement Code, the contract is a reserved contract.
