TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the maintenance of part of the Rabière district, squares, park, playgrounds, involving manual sweeping, picking, leaf blowing, and sidewalk weeding, exclusively on public property. The contract is an ordinary market, with a part in a framework agreement with purchase orders and a maximum limit. Services are paid by lump sums for the ordinary part. For the purchase order part, services are remunerated by unit prices and will be the subject of a purchase order for any additional service. The maximum amount of these services will not exceed 20,000 euro(s) excluding VAT per period, i.e., 40,000 euro(s) over the total duration of the contract. The contract is concluded for an initial period of 2 years, renewable once, with a maximum contract duration of 4 years. The execution of services as well as the framework agreement shall begin on January 1, 2027. Pursuant to articles L. 2113-12 and L. 2113-13 of the Public Procurement Code, the contract is a reserved contract.
