TENDER DESCRIPTION

For Lot 1 (elevators and hoists), the contractor is expected to provide the following services: Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of 31 elevators and 3 hoists, in order to guarantee their proper operation and availability. Carry out the periodic visits provided for in the CCTP as well as all technical checks recommended by the manufacturers. Carry out breakdown repairs and return to service within the contractual deadlines. Ensure the release of persons who are trapped (disentrapment) and provide an intervention standby service. Carry out regulatory inspections and ensure compliance of the installations. Update technical documentation and ensure traceability of all interventions via the GMAO. Monitor and manage the contract using maintenance and availability indicators. Keep watch over the condition of the asset base, identify obsolescence and propose the necessary improvement actions. Establish and maintain a spare parts stock to limit the equipment downtime. Guarantee the safety of users and maintenance personnel as well as a high level of availability of the fleet.
