TENDER DESCRIPTION

For lot 1 (elevators and hoists), the successful tenderer is expected to provide the following services: Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of 31 elevators and 3 hoists in order to guarantee their proper operation and availability. Carry out the periodic visits provided for in the CCTP and all technical checks recommended by the manufacturers. Carry out fault rectification and return to service within the contractual time limits. Ensure the release of persons who are trapped (disentrapment) and provide intervention cover. Carry out regulatory checks and ensure compliance of the installations. Update the technical documentation and ensure traceability of all interventions via the GMAO. Monitor and manage the contract using maintenance and availability indicators. Maintain vigilance regarding the condition of the asset base, detect obsolescence and propose the necessary improvement actions. Establish and maintain a stock of spare parts to limit equipment downtime. Guarantee the safety of users and maintenance personnel as well as a high level of availability of the fleet.
