TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter of the service is the taking over and loading, the transport as well as the proper and legally compliant disposal (preferably recovery) of filter dust (AVV waste code 19 01 13*) from the flue gas cleaning of the TV Schwarza. If required, the contracting authority makes use of the option to commission the taking over, loading, transport as well as the proper and legally compliant disposal also of boiler dust (AVV waste code 19 01 15*) from the flue gas cleaning of the TV Schwarza. The background and framework conditions for exercising this option are described in more detail under 1.3. The contractor must ensure complete and uninterrupted disposal of the filter dust from the TVS within the specified scope of service and in accordance with the state of the art.
