TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the taking over and loading, the transport and the proper and legally compliant disposal (preferably recovery) of filter dust (EWC waste code 19 01 13*) from the flue gas cleaning system of the TV Schwarza. If necessary, the contracting authority makes use of the option to commission the taking over, loading, the transport and the proper and legally compliant disposal also of boiler dust (EWC waste code 19 01 15*) from the flue gas cleaning system of the TV Schwarza. The background and framework conditions for exercising this option are described in more detail under 1.3. The contractor shall ensure the complete and uninterrupted disposal of the filter dust of the TVS within the specified scope of services and in accordance with the state of the art.
