TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the invitation to tender is the supply and commissioning-ready installation of two automatic drainage units for the processing of histological specimens in pathology, including the required instruction or training of the users. The devices are intended in particular for standard and rapid processing of histological specimens. In addition, the procurement of up to two further identical devices is tendered as an optional service. The option may be exercised by the contracting authority within 24 months after the award of the contract. There is no acceptance obligation for the optional devices. A warranty period of 24 months is to be provided for the devices. In addition, the costs of subsequent maintenance for a further two years are to be offered as an optional service. The contracting authority reserves the right to place an order for the optional maintenance service. Consumables and reagents are not part of this invitation to tender. Delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance of the initially commissioned 2 automatic drainage units must, due to the financing model, be carried out in such a timely manner that invoicing can take place no later than…
