##Drainage sewer pipework works as part of the refurbishment of the Otfried-Müller House -Junge Theater (playhouse)- Hospitalstraße 6 / 37073 Göttingen ##The construction project provides for the refurbishment of the Otfried-Müller House, which is partially a listed building, and of the hall building, which is also partially a listed building. The newer extension that is not protected will be demolished and replaced with a new extension. The building has been vacant since summer 2019; it is no longer in operation and shows a significant need for refurbishment. #Extension: The new extension will be newly built as a solid construction, mainly using prestressed concrete hollow-core slabs as the floor/ceiling construction, and with a conventional timber roof truss. This extension will consist of one basement level and 2 upper storeys, served by a stairwell that runs from the basement to the 2nd upper storey. ##The building is located in the town centre of the City of Göttingen, Hospitalstrasse 6, 37073 Göttingen.
