TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority expects a standardised, scientifically sound, lean and practice-oriented observation instrument. For the contracting authority, a uniform conceptual approach is of central importance in order to keep the need for qualification in practice low and to simplify use by educational professionals with the consistent structure of ILeA 0. The service is divided into four work packages: work package 1 (development of the linguistic aspects of the observation instrument), work package 2 (development of the mathematical aspects of the observation instrument), work package 3 (preparation of a guidance document for the observation instrument), work package 4 (piloting, validation and reliability testing of the developed observation instrument).
