TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 1: SDK maintenance and management According to the current planning status, the contracting authority intends to commission tasks with up to 2,560 person-days (PD) in the first four years. Subject to possible changes in the legal situation around European and national emissions trading, the contracting authority expects that at least 50% of the upper limit for person-days stated here will be commissioned. If the contract is extended by one year each time, the contracting authority expects tasks totaling 640 PD per extension (up to 25% of the original scope). For the purpose of rough capacity planning, a need of approximately 960 PD in the first year and an average of 500 PD per subsequent year is expected. It is assumed that the workload can be distributed relatively evenly over the months so that a constant workload of a development team can be achieved.
