TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 1 concerns the regular hiring of temporary agency workers up to and including grade 8 for the municipality of Oldambt. Structural recruitment for regular employment contracts, whether temporary or permanent, falls outside the scope. Functions in grade 9 and higher also fall outside this lot. The demand for hiring may arise, among other reasons, due to lack of capacity, illness or maternity leave, and temporary additional capacity. The purpose of this procurement is to contract reliable and professional cooperation partners for the temporary hiring of staff up to and including grade 8. With this, the municipality of Oldambt wants to relieve managers and the organisation in the process of temporary staffing, while at the same time ensuring a fast and appropriate filling of temporary staff needs. The municipality aims for a sustainable cooperation with parties that know the organisation and its needs, comply with agreements, and on which it can build throughout the term of the agreement.
