TENDER DESCRIPTION

The winning tenderer’s task is regular preventive maintenance of the building services (cooling-heating and air-handling/ventilation) equipment operating at the Diagnostic and Therapeutic Center of the Semmelweis University Városmajor Heart and Vascular Clinic in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions under a lump-sum contract for a period of 36 + 6 months. The number of equipment items involved in the tasks, by equipment type: Gas supply equipment: 2 pcs Cooling-heating equipment: 51 pcs and their accessories (e.g. radiators, expansion tanks) Air-handling/ventilation equipment: 125 pcs Water/pipe drainage equipment: 9 pcs Total: 187 pcs. Tasks: - to carry out maintenance work in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions at the frequency detailed in the technical specification for all equipment items, as specified in the technical specification; the Contractor is required to make itself familiar with and comply with those regulations and requirements relating to the Client’s activities that also impose obligations on it in connection with performing the activities.
