TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor shall be commissioned with the complete tests in accordance with EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2018-03, i.e. with the sampling, the laboratory tests, the test reports and the information to the contracting authority and the health authority. The contractor is solely and fully responsible for ensuring the proper performance of the drinking water tests in accordance with statutory and official requirements, the relevant generally recognized rules of technology, as well as the European and national technical standards and rules. Number of hot water supply systems - approx. 750 Number of drinking water samples (non-binding forecast) - approx. 6,000 The contractor reserves the right to expand the number of hot water supply systems as a result of new construction, additional procurement or other acquisition opportunities on the same terms and conditions, or, without entitlement to compensation, to reduce them in the event of sales or other reasons for disposal.
