TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the execution of construction works according to the project documentation (PD), i.e. in particular construction and installation work, demolition, dismantling, and deliveries necessary to carry out the reconstruction of lecture hall UP 108 and other affected areas and rooms in the technical floor—basement. In particular, it involves construction modifications associated with greater comfort of students’ seating, a new ventilation and cooling concept. Heating modifications and the connection of HVAC heating coils will be carried out. Related to this is the modification of the existing Building Management and Control (MaR) system (TRONIC) with a connection to the central dispatch/control room. In addition, the electrical distribution systems (strong-current, weak-current) will be modified. The scope of performance also includes interior equipment, modifications to walls and surfaces, including preparation for the installation of terminal elements of AV technology.
