TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the execution of construction works in accordance with the project documentation, i.e. in particular construction and installation work, demolition, dismantling and the supply of items necessary to carry out the reconstruction of Lecture Hall UP 108 and other affected spaces and rooms in the technical floor – the basement. In particular, it involves construction modifications associated with greater comfort of students’ seating, a new concept for ventilation and cooling. Heating modifications and the connection of AHU heating will be carried out. In connection with this, the existing building management and control system MaR (TRONIC) will be modified with a connection to the central dispatching centre. Further, the electrical distribution systems will be modified (power/strong current, low current). The scope of performance also includes furnishing the interior, modifications of walls and surfaces, including preparation for the installation of end components of AV technology.
