TENDER DESCRIPTION

1 unit ground heat exchanger system / response borehole drilling incl. thermal response test comprising: - Surveying and setting out the borehole collar points - Setting up the construction site, supply of site WC and a 2 m high construction fence - Setup of a power generator and provisional laying of a water line from the existing hydrant - Creation of a borehole for the ground heat exchanger, bore depth 200 m - Installation of a turbo probe as a U-pipe probe made of PE 100-RC, PN16, SDR 11, L = 200 m - Pressure and flow test of the probe filled with mains water incl. recording/documentation - Sealing of the borehole using magnetically doped backfill material - Carrying out a monitoring/control measurement incl. documentation report - Technical supervision by a geologist - Creation of a vertical temperature measurement point, bore depth 200 m - Disposal of drilling spoil and waste water arising - Preparation of documentation for the drilling and installation works in accordance with the water-law requirements - Execution and evaluation of a thermal response test over an operating duration of 72 hours 1 unit ground heat exchanger system / response borehole drilling incl. thermal…
