TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lounais-Suomen Jätehuolto Oy requests a tender for the transport of separately collected bio-waste from the waste treatment facilities of Topinoja (Pitkäsaarenkatu 7, 20380 Turku) and Korvenmäki (Helsingintie 541, 24100 Salo) to Biolinja Oy’s utilization plant (Energiatie 2, 23500 Uusikaupunki). The amount of waste to be transported is: • Korvenmäki waste treatment facility in Salo • approx. 2,000–2,300 tonnes/year • Topinoja waste treatment facility in Turku • approx. 8,800–10,000 tonnes/year. The tenderer is aware that the quantities of waste stated in the request for tenders and its appendices are estimates based on the actual figures from previous years and the contracting authority’s assessment of the development of waste quantities during the contract period. The quantities of waste presented in the request for tenders are indicative and do not constitute a binding minimum quantity obligation for the contracting authority.
