TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City Chancellery, Strategic Planning and Legal Affairs unit, is awarding the contract “Explainer videos for the voting information of the City of Zurich” by means of an open procedure in the field covered by international treaty law. The Strategic Planning and Legal Affairs unit is responsible for preparing the voting information for the City of Zurich’s municipal voting proposals. This includes, in addition to publishing the voting information, the production of explainer videos including translation into sign language for municipal voting proposals. The explainer videos must be accessible, easy to understand and factually correct in terms of content. They include subtitles and are translated into sign language. A logically structured process and the visual design should ensure that complex content of the voting proposals is conveyed in a simple and comprehensible manner. At the same time, the template must be presented in a factual and complete manner.
