The contract timeline is as follows: The execution of the service is scheduled to begin on January 4, 2027. All deliveries must be completed by February 2, 2027. Additionally, there is a maintenance period of 3 years.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the renewal of Core Switches at the Buchenhofen wastewater treatment plant to maintain the IT infrastructure.

The statement of work summary and core deliverables include:

• Hardware Delivery:
• 3 units of ExtremeSwitching 5320-48P-8XE network switches.
• 2 units of Extreme 7520-48Y network switches.
• All hardware components must be new, from current series production (not older than 3 months), and delivered as original goods in original packaging.
• Hardware must be sourced exclusively through authorized distribution channels, with proof of authenticity provided upon request.
• All serial numbers must be electronically provided to the client before delivery.
• Services:
• 3 years of EW NBD AHR maintenance for both the 5320 and 7520 network switches.
• 5 units of EXTREMECLOUD IQ PILOT SAAS SUBSCRIPTION, with a term of 822 days.
• The contractor must be capable of quickly delivering the required hardware and accessories, pre-configured.
• Timeline:
• Performance begins on January 4, 2027.
• Delivery must be completed by February 2, 2027.
• The maintenance period is 3 years.
