TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the procurement of the required licenses as well as the introduction, configuration and maintenance of standard software (including technical and optionally user support) for the determination procedure under the SGB IX as well as the assignment of distinguishing marks, including the issuance of the ID cards under the Schwerbehindertenausweisverordnung (Regulation on ID cards for severely disabled persons), which is intended to be used by the Landesamt für Soziales, Jugend und Gesundheit Sachsen-Anhalt. The contractor’s service includes initial setup with the hosting provider, migration of legacy data, adaptation of the standard software to the specific requirements of LAS, planning, organization and evaluation of the tests, commissioning of the production system with the hosting provider after acceptance, troubleshooting after acceptance in the go-live/start-up phase, as well as software maintenance including a fault hotline, updates and adaptations to the respective current legal regulations and new operating system versions, and coordinated further development based on an institutionalized control/steering by the authorities using it.
