TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the procurement of the required licenses as well as the introduction, configuration and maintenance of standard software (including technical and, optionally, user support) for the determination procedure pursuant to SGB IX and the granting of distinguishing marks, including the issuance of identity cards in accordance with the Severe Disability Identity Card Ordinance, which is to be used at the State Office for Social Affairs, Youth and Health Saxony-Anhalt. The contractor’s service includes initial setup with the hosting provider, migration of legacy data, adapting the standard software to the specific requirements of the LAS, planning, organization and evaluation of the tests, commissioning the production system with the hosting provider after acceptance, rectification of errors after acceptance in the start-up phase, as well as software maintenance with an incident hotline, updating and adapting to the respectively current legal provisions and new operating system versions, and coordinated further development on the basis of institutionalized steering by the authorities using it.
