TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this request for quotations is the basic services for construction management and property supervision pursuant to Sections 47 of the HOAI for the thorough redevelopment of Torstraße over a length of approx. 1,000 m in the area between Chausseestraße and Rosenthaler Platz in the Mitte district of Berlin. In addition, among other things, special services for construction management and property supervision, in particular for local construction supervision, are to be provided. The following special services are also required: - Services related to parties involved, persons affected, and special users - Review of existing documentation - Services related to coordination of safety and health protection - Proportionate project management
