TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this invitation to submit an offer are the basic services of construction management/supervision and site supervision/property management in accordance with §§ 47 HOAI for the fundamental upgrade of Torstraße over a length of approximately 1,000 m in the area between Chausseestraße and Rosenthaler Platz in the Mitte district of Berlin. Furthermore, among other things, special services relating to construction management/supervision and site supervision/property management are to be provided, in particular for local construction supervision.
